We have renamed (Funiculi) Arwen.
She is a real delight -- making friends and winning hearts everywhere.
The vet, the clinic staff, and her puppy kindergarten trainer
are quite taken with her warm and friendly ways... The relations
with the other canine members of my family are going well. Arwen
has worked her way under my male bassett/border's skin and he
is the biggest duck in the puddle when it comes to starting a
good chase game. Arwen is doing well in puppy kindergarten. The
trainer says that Arwen has the best temperment she has ever seen
in a dachshund. She plays really well with all the puppies --
rough and tumble -- just like you told me she played with her
litter mates. We go frequently to PetSmart to browse and she is
friendly to all she meets and seems really to like children ...
She is a real doll.
